The Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 12-60mm f2.8-4.0 ASPH Power O.I.S. Zoom lens features Panasonic's Nano Surface Coating to reduce bothersome reflections across the entire light spectrum for the highest standards of detail and sharpness. The high-quality optical design is aided by Panasonic's Nano Surface Coating to reduce unwanted ghosting and flaring for crystal-clear pictures. The optical design incorporates four aspherical elements and two extra low-dispersion elements.

In addition, the lens offers a 5x optical zoom equivalent to a 24-120mm in full-frame terms. And thanks to its range it offers versatile framing from breathtaking landscapes to beautiful, mid-telephoto 60mm portraits in addition to a plentiful range for getting excellent results in video mode as well. 

This lens has been built for the outdoors, this professional-grade metal body lens features a splash/dust-proof design when mounted on a compatible Lumix Micro Four Thirds camera.
