Cooke Anamorphic/i lenses are designed for all shooting applications, including handheld and Steadicam to provide a comfortable balance ratio with the latest compact cameras. While the "look" is crucial, precision engineering and seamless integration with other equipment is equally important. The Anamorphic /i, T2.3 prime lens in ten focal lengths are colour matched to Cooke’s S4/i, 5/i and miniS4/i prime lenses.

The optics of the Anamorphic lens are designed to give maximum performance at full aperture with superior control of flare, distortion and spherical aberration. They offer a linear iris and Anamorphic characteristics including 2:1 oval bokeh for out of focus highlights.

The Anamorphic lens /i Technology is accessible via cable connector near the lens mount and contacts in mount that sync with /i compatible cameras and accessories. It provides vital information on lens setting, focusing distance, aperture and depth-of-field, hyperfocal distance, serial number, owner data, lens type and focal length in both metric and footage measurements.
