Panasonic and award-winning high-end Raw accessories manufacturer CODEX once again team up to leverage their engineering and technical expertise of RAW recording in 2K and 4K resolutions to develop a new integrated and smaller VariCam 4K Super 35 camera. The brand new VariCam Pure digital cinematography camera. is a RAW-only camera that takes the VariCam 35 4K recording head and a newly developed 2.0 V-Raw 4K recorder from Codex for a completely new cinematic experience.

Panasonic just released the latest firmware update for the Varicam LT, which adds significant improvements to the audio user interface and control as well as 24p for Proxy G6 recording and a few more features that will come in very handy on set.

North Carolina-based 26 Inch Productions recently took out the Panasonic Varicam LT for a spin and shot some truly mesmerising Infrared footage with the latest Panasonic 4K camera.

The new Panasonic AG-AC30 is a Full HD compact, handheld camcorder with a 20x zoom lens with three independent rings for maximum flexibility and control, dual XLR pro audio inputs, a 50Mb/s on-board codec and a built-in LED light. The lightweight design will help those video producers looking for a small footprint and versatility.
