Final Cut Pro X update

Apple released a new update to Final Cut Pro X, which gives editors access to new features such as workflow extensions, noise reduction, closed captions in the SRT format, and batch exports amongst many others. The latest Final Cut Pro 10.4.4 update integrates the core functionality of the popular video review and collaboration platform Frame.io within Final Cut Pro X. This way editors can see and respond in real time to client review comments as well as use Frame.io as a cloud-based library for importing assets or auto-generated proxies.

Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K accessories

Tilta recently announced their new Cage solutions and accessories for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. The Titla cage can be configured as a full or half cage, and rigged with a huge range of accessories ranging from a choice of sun hoods, an external SSD holder with secure USB-C cables, multi-function side handles with built-in with the Nucleus Nano focus motor. Pricing starts from around £60 and can go over £300 depending on your desired configuration, with first units expected to arrive in early December.
