DZOFLIM Catta Zooms
Up and coming lens maker DZOFLIM has announced a new range of full-frame cine zooms. The new Catta Zoom range includes two lenses a 35-80mm and a 70-135mm both with a maximum aperture of T2.9. Full-Frame cine zooms are usually quite heavy and expensive, however the new Catta Zooms are the exact opposite - thanks to their polycarbonate and fiberglass elements in their design, the company managed to achieve an impressive weight of just over 1.5 kilograms per cine zoom. The native E mount makes them perfect for full frame cameras such as the Sony FX9 or FX6 as well as VENICE. In addition, the Catta Zoms feature an innovative quick-release lens mount swap system with additional mounts for Canon RF, Leica L, and Fuji X mount also available. And last but not least, the lenses also offer a Rear ND Slot and a 77mm filter front.
