Blackmagic Design release new DaVinci Resolve 14.2 Studio update. This software update adds support for monitoring modes with DeckLink 8K Pro, importing audio only AAF clips, lets you name Gallery stills with user defined tags, addresses an issue with audio playback while dynamic trimming, improves Fairlight keyframe editing and more.
In addition, this update has many general performance and stability improvements, and is recommended for all DaVinci Resolve 14 Studio users. This version requires either a DaVinci Resolve dongle or a software activation key.

Please note:
*DaVinci Resolve 14.2 requires a database upgrade from DaVinci Resolve 14.0.1 and previous versions. Blackmagic Design strongly recommend that users backup their existing database (both DiskDB and PostgreSQL) before performing an upgrade.
*DaVinci Micro and Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve Mini panels will also require a firmware update starting from 14.1.
