Recently, Austrian filmmaker Adi Geisegger, took the Alexa Mini and shot "The Focus" - a short piece demonstrating boundless possibilities for floor exercise performances as an athlete tries to explain by his moves what's going on his mind before a competition.

The beautiful World Heritage sites in Turkey - "Historic Areas of Istanbul", "Goreme National Park and the Rock Sites of Cappadocia", and "Hierapolic-Pamukkale" were captured with the Panasonic professional 4K camera, VariCam 35. This video introduces behind the scenes highlights during the shooting.

Of course, most of us can't afford to rent an ARRI Alexa, but on Age of Ultron, the latest instalment in the Avengers franchise, DP Ben Davis used the tiny, affordable, but yet very powerful Blackmagic Pocket cinema camera and intercut footage with the mighty ARRI Alexa.
