Yesterday we shared some amazing new footage from the URSA Mini 4.6K, and today Blackmagic Design officially announced that the 4.6K version of the URSA Mini is finally shipping.

New stunning footage from the upcoming Blackmagic Design URSA Mini 4.6K camera emerges that shows impressive dynamic range and organic texture. The trailer for the upcoming film Yggdrasil was shot by Director of Photography Sebastian Wiegartner with a single 15mm Zeiss CP.2 prime lens and a Sachtler Artemis gimbal stabiliser.

The Canon 4K top camera - the EOS C500 just received it's biggest price drop since release more than 4 years go. The Canon EOS C500 in both PL and EF mount is now just £6995 + VAT. This is a significant value for money for productions looking for a high end Super 35 look and cinematic 4K/2K Raw and RGB 444 recording.

At BVE 2016 we stopped by the Global Distribution stand to check out their latest Shape accessories and shoulder rigs for the Sony FS7 and FS5. In addition we take a look at the Shape cage for the Atomos Shogun 4K recorder featuring Shape's push-button technology and handles.
