Just when we thought it was quiet running up to NAB, Red have announced a new sensor for their RED EPIC-W camera. The GEMINI™ 5K S35 sensor has 15.4 Megapixels and is 300 pixels taller than the standard RED sensor which makes it ideal for shooting with anamorphic lenses.

Blackmagic Design recently announced the all new ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel, a compact hardware control panel elegantly designed to work with all ATEM switchers. The advanced panel features the most recent broadcast technology, with smooth professional buttons, knobs, T-Bar fader and joystick, a built in LCD and more.

ARRI have recently announced a new range of Pro Camera Accessories specifically tailored to Sony's 6K full-frame CineAlta camera - VENICE. PocketControl is a smart new iOS app that enables ARRI camera owners and operators to monitor and control their ARRI Alexa Mini and ARRI Amira cameras remotely.  The app connects to the camera through Wifi, and allows instant access to the camera menu on your iPad and iPhone.

Prior to the Sony VENICE's scheduled February shipment date, Vocas has released a new range of accessories specifically designed for this CineAlta camera. The range includes accessories such as a new top handle Pro kit, a USBP Mark II dovetail adapter plate and a quick release dovetail spacer.
