Yesterday we had an amazing Hands-On Open Day and a 1st UK Exclusive for the brand new Canon CN-E 18-80mm T4.4 L IS KAS S Compact Servo Zoom lens. We would like to thank all our attendees, who visited our Teddington branch and were some of the lucky 1st in the UK to get hands-on with this fantastic lens. We truly believe this lens will have a huge impact on documentary productions and events where you have to be quick on your feet and have a great zoom lens to match.

Canon CN-E 18-80mm T4.4 IS KAS S Key Features (when used with Canon EOS Cinema cameras like C100 II and C300 II)
Peripheral illumination correction for reduced lens vignetting and maintenance of even illumination from corner to corner.
Dual Pixel CMOS AF (DAF): Fast smooth and consistent auto-focus, including the ability to track moving subjects and achieve more natural focus pulls/transitions.
One-shot AF: Quickly focus on the main subject at the centre of the screen with one button. This feature is excellent for grabbing shots or when you are prioritising focus in the centre of the screen.
Continuous AF: Keep the subject at the centre of the screen in focus automatically. Gives users the ability to track subjects at the centre of the screen automatically.
Push Auto Iris: Compensates backlit/difficult lighting situations during manual shooting. Automatically adjusts the aperture for an optimal exposure.
